Each player has to download the Roadgames scavenger hunt app so they can see the game region. The preparation for team building events usually starts well in advance, when the organizers inform the participants about the day and time of the game, the procedure, rules, etc. A few days prior to game day, the captain of each team receives a code for registration on the Roadgames app and gets acquainted with the region and tasks of the game.

This is a great way to start off strong and let your colleagues get to know each other because each team has to develop a strategy by agreeing on where to start the game, what tasks to perform etc. In order for everyone to start the game at the same time, the teams must be at the starting point before the start of the game. Organizers can follow all teams online in real time, see the progress of the game and communicate via chat to cheer everyone up.
